Like Agent mode, it enables intelligent conversation with tool calling capabilities, but limits the AI to tools that can only observe and analyze your codebase without making changes.
This mode bridges the gap between Chat (no tools) and full Agent mode (all tools), providing a middle ground for users who want AI assistance with code exploration and planning while maintaining complete control over actual code changes.
